​Amy is a distinguished Interior Designer, who's focus over the past 26 years has been in Kitchen and Bath design.  Amy not only envisions spaces, but brings them to life with a touch of sophistication and functionality. As the proud owner of THREAD Design Group, she has carved a niche in the world of design, transforming homes into personalized works of art.

With a discerning eye for detail and a passion for innovative design, Amy seamlessly merges aesthetics with practicality. Her expertise extends beyond a traditional approach to design, while tailoring practical solutions that elevate both form and function. As a hands-on designer and owner, Amy is deeply involved in every aspect, ensuring each project reflects the unique personality and needs of her clients.

Outside of her design endeavors she's nurturing her two teenage daughters. When not fostering community connections, you'll find her on the yoga mat, embracing mindfulness and balance, or turning ordinary ingredients into culinary masterpieces practicing the artistry of gourmet cooking.  A planned gourmet event or party is usually on the books for THREAD Design Group, so stay in touch to learn more about what Amy and her esteemed design team is up to!

Meet Lydia, our creative force and interior design enthusiast. Joining the team in April 2024 with a degree in Interior Design from IUPUI, Lydia brings a unique blend of expertise and artistic flair to every project.

Lydia is instrumental in acquiring samples, ensuring that each project stays on track, and conducting thorough research to find the perfect selections. Her attention to detail and organizational skills help streamline the design process and bring clients' visions to life.

Lydia is also a student at Ohio University, studying Interior Architecture. When she's not transforming spaces, she channels her creativity into stunning acrylic art, adding a personal touch to her already dynamic portfolio. . Outside of work, she’s a passionate cook, experimenting with new recipes and flavors, always finding joy in preparing delicious meals for family and friends.

Experienced CAD draftsperson and cabinetry engineer with over 20 years of expertise in the kitchen and bath design industry.

Skilled in translating design specifications and designer feedback into precise schematics and blueprints. A collaborative team player known for her hard work, consistency and advanced technical knowledge, she specializes in the creation of accurate 2D construction drawings.

She has a genuine love for finding creative solutions to design challenges that come her way. In her free time, she enjoys hosting family and friends as well as traveling and sharing in new experiences with her husband and 3 sons.

Meet Molly, our part-time design powerhouse with an eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, livable spaces. With more than 10 years of experience in residential interior design, Molly brings a seasoned perspective and refined aesthetic to every project.

In addition to her role at Thread, Molly serves as a Top Design Consultant at Arhaus Furniture, where she has developed an expert understanding of color theory, scale, proportion, and evolving design trends. Her strong product knowledge and design expertise make her an invaluable resource when assisting with furniture selections and sourcing the perfect pieces for our clients.

At Thread, Molly supports the team through furniture selection, project errands, and keeping our showroom organized and running smoothly. Her collaborative, client-centered approach ensures that each space is both timeless and deeply personal.

Outside of design, Molly cherishes time with her five children and their dog, Sonny. She finds inspiration in home renovation projects, antique treasures, live music, and traveling with those she loves.
